Construction Update

As residents of Fort Bend MUD 162 may be aware, new construction has commenced in our District. This construction is occurring due to the addition of residential land property being developed.

The development of the residential property has the unfortunate result of lane closures and backups, hindering our normal traffic flow. We realize this is causing delays in travel time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of growth and ask residents to plan an extra 5-10 minutes when leaving and returning to your homes.

Additionally, while traveling through the areas of construction, please be vigilant of the workers who are working diligently on getting the improvements for our District completed. We will continue to keep residents updated throughout the development process.
