Resident Event Recap

The Board of Directors for Fort Bend Municipal Utility Districts No. 162 (FBCMUD 162) would like to thank those residents who came out to Sunrise Meadow Park on March 23 to listen to representatives of the District discuss completed projects and how FBCMUD 162 funded those projects.

The process by which the District identifies those necessary projects, coordinates with the engineer to plan the strategy and timeline, and works with their financial consultants to manage the funding is outlined in the March District newsletter, found here on the website. Small projects can be funded out of operational funds and capital reserves, while larger projects often require bonds authorization and long-term capital project planning.
